Although the occurrence of such <a href=\"https:\/\/metlaninst.com\/pt\/resolucao-de-problemas-de-caudalimetros-electromagneticos-devido-a-alteracoes-nas-condicoes-de-fluxo\/\">magnetic flow meter troubleshooting<\/a> is not common, it should not be overlooked when analyzing potential causes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-433dae3 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"433dae3\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ee004d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2ee004d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Estudo de caso : Pe\u00e7a de revestimento de borracha oscilante no fluxo de l\u00edquido<\/h4><p>Este caso raro envolveu uma pe\u00e7a de revestimento de borracha na tubagem que se soltou e oscilou com o fluxo, criando um fluxo pulsante. Numa f\u00e1brica de extra\u00e7\u00e3o de cobre em Jiangxi, foram utilizados v\u00e1rios medidores de caudal electromagn\u00e9ticos para medir lamas contendo s\u00f3lidos em p\u00f3. O sistema estava a funcionar normalmente h\u00e1 anos. No entanto, em julho de 1998, um dos medidores de caudal DN600 apresentou flutua\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00edda que variavam entre 50% e 100% da escala completa.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o no local, o pr\u00f3prio medidor de caudal parecia estar a funcionar normalmente. Entrevistas e verifica\u00e7\u00f5es indicaram que n\u00e3o houve altera\u00e7\u00f5es na fonte de fluxo e que n\u00e3o foram introduzidas perturba\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais. De um modo geral, o medidor, a instala\u00e7\u00e3o e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais estavam todos em conformidade com os requisitos. Como n\u00e3o foi poss\u00edvel parar o fluxo para inspecionar as partes ocultas do sensor de fluxo e a tubagem circundante, a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas n\u00e3o p\u00f4de ser imediatamente identificada.<\/p><p>S\u00f3 passado mais de um m\u00eas, quando a f\u00e1brica foi encerrada para manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 que a causa foi descoberta. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Uma grande sec\u00e7\u00e3o do revestimento de borracha num tubo em forma de U a jusante do sensor de fluxo tinha-se desprendido e estava suspensa no interior do tubo. O revestimento oscilou com o fluxo de l\u00edquido, criando perturba\u00e7\u00f5es no fluxo. O medidor de caudal detectava fielmente estas perturba\u00e7\u00f5es, resultando em sa\u00eddas flutuantes. Depois de substituir o tubo em forma de U, as graves flutua\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00edda pararam.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7fbed3 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f7fbed3\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-84a38fa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"84a38fa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Estudo de caso : Peixes a nadar na conduta causando picos de sinal<\/h4><p>Este caso, relatado nos EUA, envolveu um medidor de caudal eletromagn\u00e9tico de grande di\u00e2metro que monitorizava o caudal de \u00e1gua do mar de arrefecimento no condensador de uma central t\u00e9rmica. O medidor de caudal apresentava ocasionalmente grandes picos na sa\u00edda registada. Foram realizadas v\u00e1rias inspec\u00e7\u00f5es ao local, mas o ru\u00eddo transit\u00f3rio que causava estes picos n\u00e3o p\u00f4de ser captado ou localizado e n\u00e3o foram identificadas fontes de ru\u00eddo el\u00e9trico.<\/p><p>Foi feita uma sugest\u00e3o de que talvez os peixes pudessem estar a nadar dentro do medidor de caudal, mas esta foi inicialmente rejeitada, uma vez que se acreditava que os peixes n\u00e3o poderiam ter entrado na tubagem devido \u00e0 tela de malha fina na porta de descarga. No entanto, ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma experi\u00eancia, o medidor de caudal foi instalado num pequeno tanque e um peixe dourado foi colocado perto do sensor. O medidor de caudal registou imediatamente picos acentuados na sa\u00edda quando o peixe dourado nadou perto dele. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es posteriores revelaram que os peixes tinham de facto entrado no tubo de descarga atrav\u00e9s da rede e tinham crescido at\u00e9 se tornarem peixes maiores, causando as flutua\u00e7\u00f5es observadas no d\u00e9bito do medidor de caudal.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4917784 e-flex e-con-boxed
